Taking the Mystery Out of Request for Proposals (RFP)

Often times there is a need to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) to garner additional savings or reduce the number of vendors providing products along the standardization and utilization front, and most often during the capital and/or construction process. As this process is not completed on a regular basis, many are unsure of what steps to take to ensure the process is complete, fair, and provides a quality outcome. This session will assist in determining what steps to take, who to involve, how to set up a scoring to ensure the outcome is fair for all and provides the desired end result.
