Healthcare cost continues to rise at an alarming rate, growing well ahead of inflation. In order to explore opportunities to improve the efficiency and reduce costs a gap analysis that compares the differences between healthcare and retail was conducted at the Center for Innovation in Healthcare Logistics (CIHL).
